I have been a patient for many years. My whole family went here until... new management! Our dentist left and my family followed after a falling out with the manager LIZ.. SHE will take your money before insurance pays the wont refund you it took my brother over a year. Now she behind a year in billing. Her staff repeatedly told me I have a zero balance which they are always paid in full when I leave. So now she comes up with 2021 charges??? Something funny here. Dont trust her. Very rude never again... she did the same to other patients I am hearing.. the dentist and the hygienist are great to bad one person ruins the business. Iam gone!

Best decision Ive made in a very long time..... I havent been to a dentist in years. First thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the office, and the staff which was very nice. Dr. Vazquez which was the dentist who I saw today was great and very knowledgeable. Reason in which I hadnt been to a dentist in years is because Ive always felt uncomfortable from the dentist all they way to the staff. Today I have left my visit very pleased. Chanelle from the front desk was nice enough to explain my treatment in detail, my insurance coverage and all of the health risks that are associated with the procedure I will be needing.

Great service! I had an emergency and could not make my appointment so I called and the office manager (Liz) was extremely nice and understanding. She was able to book me for the procedure the same week! This was an extensive procedure and not your average cleaning appointment so I was very surprised. I thought I would have to wait some time. I recently had to change dentists due to my company changing insurance providers and I cant tell you how happy I am that I was recommended Beautiful Smiles!

Ok staff but the prices are just to high. They were charging me 1200 just to clean my teeth..and they dont accept Medicaid or Medicare ..they do have a monthly payment plan for a year but its like paying for a car with insurance. They have to understand this isnt Coral Gables or South Beach this is not a rich area..they wont last unless they lower prices and accept government medical insurance.

Im usually terrified of the dentist but my dental experience at the Beautiful Smiles dental office was surprising pleasant. The staff was extremely nice and Dr Ronia Baker made me felt at ease in fact when she administer the injection I hardly felt it . Overall I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who is afraid of the dentist.

I went to Beautiful Smiles because I had a tooth infection from my wisdom teeth. This was my first visit. I was taken advantage of from the situation I had going on with my wisdom teeth. I was pressured into making an appointment because I was in severe pain. My insurance told me that it covers 80% of any extractions and gel foam after the fact that I was charged $493 out of my pocket. I later got a statement from my insurance providing me with the statement from my dental provider from the care i was given and what i should have paid my dental provider from the information they submitted to my insurance. In my statement it declares i should have paid $121.20. This lead me to believe I was over charged by the dentist. I later called the dentist office and they told me they would explain the charges. I told them I would come in immediately and they told me they would be stepping out for the day. So i rushed over and when I got there Liz the woman who handles billing told me there was a total of 4 codes that my insurance didnt cover. 2 Gel foam and 2 Gingival Irrigation. So i called my dental provider and provided them with the codes which were not listed on my statement, the insurance told me that they did cover 80% of the Gel foam (code D7999). Which was a total of $278 at which should have been covered at 80% saving me over $200. I tried to recover the money from them and dispute thru the bank after the dentist told me they would resend the information of the treatment provided. They never submitted the codes that my insurance covered. My claim from the bank was denied and I have to follow up with a grievance complain through my insurance. When I called to see if they submitted the documents to my dental insurance they acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about and told me that they make no mistakes.

Office people not bad, dentist she is so good, but her hygienist is worse to be, I never ever had such a bad cleaning, she did a job like 4 years old kid will brush the teeth! I would never ever try and recommend to any one.

Untrustworthy Thieves!! I have dental insurance which covered my procedure 50%. My insurance co. Informed me i was only responsible to pay a certain amount & i was overcharged. When I questioned the front desk they said it doesnt include this or that. Ended up paying $511 aside from what my insurance paid. Please go else where, before your robbed.

First impression: Beautiful and CLEAN officeThe staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly. Dr. Vinuela was quick and thorough. They were great.

I loved the staff nice and friendly and the doctor is great. The hygienist was wonderful I forgot her name but I didnt feel a thing. Cant wait for my next visit.
